How we ship our shiny stuff to you!

SHIPPING

We have several options available for you to ship your products. These are chosen at checkout.

We typically offer all the major carriers, DHL, FedEx, UPS and others.   The rates you will see at checkout are the rates to us at the time.  You are free to choose any shipper available to you.    If a shipper does not appear at checkout then either they cannot provide service to you, or their shipping rate is cost probitive and we simply can’t offer it to you.

 

Customs fees, duties and taxes:

Our pricing and shipping fees do not reflect customs duties for internationally bound packages. For more information on import taxes, please contact your local customs office. We ship using the codes for “Rubber and latex costumes for use in the fashion industry”, however, some countries do not recognize this level of detail. If so, generic latex clothing may be more applicable. As always, your customs offices will be much more versed in this than we will ever be. As the buyer you are responsible for these fees.

Shipping Limits

We cannot ship to APO/AFP boxes unless it  is specifically allowed by one of our carriers.   

We cannot ship to any address not registered to your payment method (credit card / paypal ) etc.

We cannot change the shipping destination once the order is placed.   You can cancel the order and resubmit the order with a new destination provided it meets the requirements above

We can only ship to holdboxes/dropboxes if that address is registered to your payment method and only those which are available to the carrier.  

We are not responsible for misshipped items if the address provided matches the address you gave us. 

We provide a tracking number which you can use to track your order from the carrier you selected.  This will come in email when your product ships.  Some carriers have much delayed reporting so please give it at least 2-3 business days before the data becomes available

Packaging:

We ship in plain packaging, without any store branding, logos or any other information on it that would indicate its contents.

Customs however is another matter. Export/Import rules vary by country and by carrier.  The majority of the condtions for shipping require we list the contents and other information on the shipping manifest.  This we will do in accordance to the law and carrier shipping guidence.
